Folders for playlists

Past about thirty playlists the list becomes unusable. Folders, or even a single level of grouping, would make a big library navigable again.

Adding that a keyboard shortcut for it would be enough for me — I do not need the full setting.
It works if you go the long way round, but nobody should have to know that.
Fair, though the two are probably the same underlying problem.
I have wanted this for years and assumed there was a technical reason. If there is, saying so publicly would help.
