Record travel between back-to-back shifts

Community care staff move between visits all day and log mileage separately. Capturing it against the shift would remove a whole second process.

Not convinced this is worth it. It would add another option to a screen that already has too many.
It works if you go the long way round, but nobody should have to know that.
The part that gets me is that the setting exists on one platform and not the other, so I keep expecting it.
