Warn before a DBS or training certificate expires

Care and security work depends on in-date checks. Flag an expiry a month out and stop the worker being assigned to a shift that needs it.

    I have wanted this for years and assumed there was a technical reason. If there is, saying so publicly would help.

    Adding that a keyboard shortcut for it would be enough for me — I do not need the full setting.
